Every day do some acts of kindness, as simple as getting coffee to your friend, make someone cross the road, open the lift door, help your neighbor carrying vegetables, etc., All these activities may look very simple. But when you do them consciously, you can feel the happiness inside. This will help you relax.
Take time for yourself. At least 10 to 15 minutes every day. This time should be completely yours. Put away your phones and everything that disturbs you. Remember or rewind all the activities you have done for the day. Analyze to see if you can slow down on things which looked not so important. Take few deeper breaths and let go slowly. This activity will help you relax and unwind for the day.
