Does pressure of everyday like make you feel like leaving everything and becoming a monk?

Once Swamy Vivekananda was walking on a road and suddenly, he saw a group of monkeys trying to attack him. He tried moving away from there but monkeys are on to him. He felt perplexed and stood there not knowing what to do. He heard a voice of another monk passing by saying, face the brutes. Swamy Vivekananda raised his cane and the monkeys ran away from him.

Problems are always there. They are crooks and come in groups just like monkeys. If you try running away, more of them will be after you. You need to stand your ground and handle them. I know it is not easy but at the same time not difficult too.

These days even a school going kid says he got so many problems. You talk to anyone, even the one going in an Audi. Everyone had their own share of problems, be it a businessman, entrepreneur, employees, family man, maid, or any man or woman for that matter. Someone feels it difficult to handle a family and quite contradictorily someone is taking the responsibility for his Nation.

Problem is just our perception of that situation. There is no problem without a solution. How many problems have you faced from your childhood? Are you not able to overcome them? Getting your favourite candy was a big problem when you were a kid. You will laugh at that situation now. The situation is the same but your perception changed.

Nothing is permanent here, everything changes…even your problems. You are bigger and more powerful than your problems. Have that confidence and stand your ground. I am sure you will be successful.

I am not against someone becoming a monk, for that matter anything and any role. It should be a matter of choice, and definitely not because of compulsions and pressures.
